Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer if reported within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

Orders that ship using the First-Class method usually ship the most economical way possible and may take between 3-14 days in transit. If faster delivery is required, upgrading to a faster or expedited shipping method is recommended. Orders usually ship the next business day from the California warehouse but can take up to 3 business days from the date the order was placed.
